Responsibilities : 1. Coordinate trainings, lectures and workshops 2. Announce information on external training opportunities. 3. Handle matters related to meetings of the Research Ethics Committee (REC). 4. Compile meeting work reports and other required reports. 5. Plan matters related to standard operating procedures. 6. Process academic cooperation agreements with domestic academic and research institutions that commission the University to conduct research ethics reviews. 7. The document registration desk for the Research Ethics Review Committee (REC).
Responsibilities : 1. Handle research ethics review affairs for internal projects: (1) Receive and manage research ethics review cases. (2) Receive recommendations and complaints. (3) Conduct on-site inspection. (4) Handle case reporting procedures. 2. Handle matters related to Ministry of Education inspections. 3. Maintain and manage the Research Ethics Review Committee (REC) website.

Responsibilities : 1. Assist in trainings and manage online training course. 2. Assist in subsidy of Research Ethics Review Fee. 3. Accounting management: (1) Process payment of research ethics review fee. (2) Process reimbursement of meeting expenses. (3) Handle small-amount procurement and reimbursement. (4) Process salary and allowance matters. 4. Handle general office affairs and manage part-time student workers.
