Outsourcing Review Institution and Application Methods
（1）According to regulations of NTNU Research Ethics Review Committee, the Committee may designate qualified outsourcing review meeting for review of research projects involved with human trial on behalf.（2）Human trials: the trial researches for new medical technology, new drug, new medical device, bioavailability of generic drug and bioequivalence shall be implemented to human body by a medical care institution based on medical theories.
（3）If it is human trial research project: please fill “NTNU-Form-34 Designated research ethics review for human trial project” and submit the same along with other documents for review application to Center for Research Ethics, and the Center will deliver the case to designated unit.
（4）The review institutions designated by the University for human trial are as follows:
