  • Q1：I am a project adminstrator, but there is no role for the project adminstrator in the system; what should I do?

    ANS：
    If you find that your account has not been activated, please contact us. In addition, in the upper right corner of the system screen, you can find the "main role of the system" in the modification of personal information, change it to the project investigator, and then the default value when logging in will be the project principal investigator. 

  • Ｑ2：I have already added a project as an assistant/co-investigatort, but my actual role is the project investigator; what should I do?

    ANS：
    Please go to the project you have applied for, enter your own account in the field of "person related to the case", and change the role to project principal investigator.

  • Ｑ3：What should we do if the reminder lack of personal resume of [project member -OOO] or lack of personal hours of [project member -OOO] pops up in the review system?  If it shows the “lack of personal resume” of assistant or principal investigator, following two items must be confirmed: 

    ANS：
    The number of hours is not provided.
    Please notice the account owner with red mark to upload the resume and hours at resume and hours maintenance. Then, back to the review project application, press the button [import/update information] in blue frame next to item D principal investigator for importation.  Remember to press save key after the importation (bottom of the document).

  • Q4：When submitting for review, the screen shows  [Please send payment information form]; what should I do?

    ANS：
    Please reselect [Send payment data] in the last box on the payment data form, and remember to press the save button after reselecting.

  • Ｑ5：What should I do if the account is locked due to forgetting the account password?

    ANS：
    In accordance with the information security policy, your account will be temporarily locked; please log in again after ten minutes. Please make more use of the "retrieve password" function, since multiple failed login attempts will affect the use of the account.
